š±š¦ Wat Khili (and this drum) backed right onto our accommodation in Luang Prabang, Laos. Loved it during the day, not so much at 4am!
This is part of daily life in UNESCO-listed Luang Prabang and we feel lucky to have experienced it.
Next up, Thailand š¹š

Hey, weāre Ricky and Nat Dunn ā the people behind Life Dunn Differently!
In 2019, we left the best jobs weād ever had to live a nomadic life and spend extended time in places weād always dreamed of visiting. Weāre not the most consistent posters, but we try to share authentic snippets from our travels along with some of the natural beauty we find along the way.
Ricky also creates the occasional travel video on YouTube, featuring destinations across Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Caribbean and our home, Australia.
Check out some our old stories for unique stays, offbeat adventures and seeing travel and life done a littleā¦ differently!

This collared aracari is one of a few toucan species that kept us company in Uvita last year. It was the wet season and we were staying in an incredible spot backing onto the jungle and a gushing river.
Balcony sessions watching birds and monkeys became a routineāone weāre still reminiscing about today!

One of the most beautiful places weāve ever been lucky enough to swimā¦ and itās also home to one of Asiaās most spectacular waterfalls.
Kuang Si Falls is amazing - especially if you get there early before the busloads of tourists arrive!

Itās our first time in Pai and this region is even more picturesque than we imagined.
This is a drone shot from our accommodation which is on the outskirts of town, surrounded by gardens and jungle.
Thereās no neighbours in sight and each night we fall asleep to the sound of the running creek. Heavenly!

Africa is pure magic! š
Over 6 months, we explored 8 countries and couldnāt put the camera down. Every day brought something new as we visited bucketlist destinations for epic safaris, vibrant cities and endless wildlife encounters. š¦šø
Thereās so much to see! Our full 30 minute video āSub Saharan Africaā is up on YouTube ā Itās a recap of our journey and a highlight reel of one of our best travel experiences (with tips for exploring this incredible continent).
š **Link in bio ā we hope you enjoy it!**
Side note: Has anyone heard this track āBack to Africaā by Aswad in a destination campaign? We reckon it works perfectly with footage like this!

The eerie mist adds to the character of this once prosperous town in Tasmaniaās west.
With easy access to Strahan, Queenstown and many of the other must visit parts of Tassieās wild west coast, itās proving an excellent base for our last 2 weeks in the state.

Amazing sky last night @thelazyprospector in Zeehan, Tasmania.
Captured with a GoPro that was frozen solid by the morning.

Weāre spending a couple of weeks on Tasmaniaās West Coast, and this rail journey was a must do for us.
Itās the Teepookana & The King route, and the track borders the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area - one of Australiaās largest conservation areas, which makes up almost 25% of Tasmania.
Beautiful scenery and a great way to spend a morningā¦although feeling sorry for the poor people who laid these tracks 125 years ago. Itās pretty cold down here and very wet!

Donāt look down š¬
The 4000 stairs (apparently) were worth it for these views. The sea cliffs in this area are the tallest in the Southern Hemisphere.
We did the laid back version of the iconic multi day Three Capes Track - a 10 km stretch called Cape Hauy. This has to be one of the best hikes in Australia and itās only 90 minutes from Hobart.

Last weekend marked 5 years since we both left dream jobs and started living life on the road.
Weāve moved around a bit since leaving Los Angeles, visiting 31 countries across 5 continents.
We started businesses and have run them from some unforgettable places. Working with Uluru as a backdrop was right up there, as was using Starlink to work while crossing the Atlantic Ocean on a cruise ship.
Life often feels surreal and although living like this comes with its sacrifices, itās not lost on us how lucky we are.
Photo taken while celebrating with a hike in Tasman National Park. This is the return point on the Cape Hauy Track - a beautiful walk with a LOT of stairs!
More adventures abroad coming soon but for now, weāre enjoying our last few weeks in Tasmania!

This is what weāve been waking up to almost every day for the last couple of months.
Lulworth is such a peaceful place and the weather has been incredible. The only neighbours weāve noticed are a bunch of wallabies, a few pademelons, birds and the odd dolphin splashing about in the Bass Strait.

Saw these two beauties on the side of the road while driving back to Lulworth in the north of Tasmania.
Weāve since learned that this was probably an āechidna trainā, where males follow a female for several weeks hoping to mate.
